In order to obtain a certificate of cataloguing and authenticity for a work by Guttuso one must apply to:

sending the following documentation:

• Three black and white photographs (18x24 cm size), professional quality with the original negative film; ;
• One colour slide;
• One black and white photograph of the back (18x24 cm size);
• A short description of technique (oil, pencil, china, etc.), material (paper, canvas, etc.) and size (height x base);
• Provenance
• Name and address of the owner.
• If the work proves unrecorded in the files of the Associazione Archivi Guttuso, the owner will be asked to entrust the work to the Associazione in temporary deposit.
• The Associazione Archivi Guttuso will issue a deposit slip to the owner and keep the work in trust for examination.
• At the end of the examination period the work, if its authenticity is recognized, will be given back together with a certificate of cataloguing and authenticity.
  
• The documentation sent by e-mail will not be examinated

The charge for filing expenses is as follows:
drawings and mixed techniques € 350,00 VAT included
oil paintings € 600,00 VAT included.
